Additional Property Attributes

The property was utilized for agricultural purposes from the early 1900's until circa 1980. Historical environmental investigations have identified pesticide impacts to soil and the potential for impacts to groundwater along with the presence of primary pollutant metal impacts to soil. Further, petroleum impacts to soil and groundwater associated with a historical release from an adjacent facility have been identified on the property. The proposed future use of the property is planned to be residential, commercial, or mixed-use. The Phase II ESA conducted in 2016 revealed that dieldrin-impacted soil appears to extend to a depth of approximately 1 foot bgs across the Site and does not appear to have impacted groundwater at the property. Groundwater samples collected during this investigation from monitoring wells along the Property boundary did not contain detectable concentrations of pesticides. These data indicate that pesticide impacted soil is not leaching to groundwater.
