Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is currently owned by the City of Los Angeles, which acquired the property on November 26, 1968 from Roman L. and Juanita R. Cruz, site has been vacant since 1970. Based on the findings of the Phase I ESA, three RECs have been identified for the subject site: The apparent onsite historical cleaning operations is considered a REC to the site; The potential for presence of hazardous materials due to the Watts Riots fires and/or site building demolition is considered a REC to the site; and Industrial operations eastward of the site are identified as a REC to the site. PHII needed to confirm these contaminates.
