Additional Property Attributes

Expansion of Big Lick Brewery from 1,200 sf location to a 10,000 sf location. Expand adjacent Lofts at West Station to create additional downtown lofts.

Former Use: The subject property was initially developed for residential use in late 1800s until portions of the current building were erected in 1917, at which time commercial operations commenced. The building was initially used as a grocery warehouse and public warehouse until sometime in the mid-1900�s, a steam laundry service from the early-1900�s until the late-1950�s, and as a cabinet shop in the late-1900�s. It was purchased by Habitat for Humanity in 2004 and has since been utilized as a Restore and administrative headquarters for Habitat for Humanity in the Roanoke Valley.
