Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The western portion of the subject property was formerly occupied by an automotive service operation from at least 1928 until 1938. Although PM was unable to determine initial construction of the dealership, the widespread use of automobiles did not occur until the late 1910s and early 1920s, and therefore it is unlikely that the dealership was constructed before 1910. Historical interior waste streams associated with the former service garage operations would have consisted of general hazardous substances and/or petroleum products. PM observed two vent pipes located in the northeast corner of the subject property along the fenceline. Based on the presence of the vent pipes, PM performed a Geophysical Survey Investigation Report under separate cover dated April 8, 2016. An anomaly was identified during the survey in the area near the vent pipes. Due to the limited access in the area, PM was unable to confirm or eliminate whether the anomaly was a UST. Therefore, the potential remains for an orphan UST to be present in the northeast corner.
