Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of an approximately 1.10-acre parcel identified as the Radiant Steel Products Company property, located at 205 Locust Street in the City of Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The Site is identified by the Lycoming County Tax Assessor as UPI number 65-007-326 and Tax Parcel Number 65,007.0-0326.00-000, is zoned as industrial, and is currently owned by Radiant Steel Products Company. The Site has operated as a contract manufacturer of steel products since 1947. The warehouse portion of the Site was added in 1966. The original building, erected in 1944, was used for the manufacturing of metal artillery cases for World War II. In the early 20th century, the Site was used for radiator manufacturing. An 1891 historic Sanborn fire insurance map indicates that a planing mill was once located on the property. Phase II indicated that constituents of concern in soil and groundwater were not detected above applicable PADEP statewide health standards.
