Additional Property Attributes

The approximately 6-acre Site is owned by Raymond A. Eck and managed by his son Keith Eck. The lone structure on the Site, the Quonset Hut, is currently used by Mr. Eck for storage of construction equipment, machinery, ASTs (which are not in use, but may contain product or residuals), drums and totes, chemicals, petroleum products, and other miscellaneous items. Mr. Eck also leases the Site to HRI, Inc. for staging of construction materials.
