Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property is comprised of approximately 1.9 acres located at 3401 Whiteside Street, NE in Roanoke, Virginia. The Property is improved with a building and a paved, fenced parking lot. The Warehouse Building is a single-story, steel structure constructed on a concrete slab with metal roof and cinderblock walls. The building was constructed in 1958 and has paved parking lots and a fenced gravel lot. The property has been used to store and maintain equipment including some automotive maintenance work. Solvents, gasoline, motor oil, and various cleaning products may have been used at the Property.
