Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 0.42 acres of land developed with an approximately 16,200 square foot, two story commercial building. The remainder of the Property was developed with paved parking. The surrounding area was developed for commercial uses. This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Property except for the following: � The historical use of the Property for industrial activities including furniture and sporting goods manufacturing, as well as bottling operations. � The historical use of propylene glycol in plant operations and unknown method of disposal. � The historical commercial and industrial uses of the surrounding area including the presence of at least six underground storage tanks in the street near the Property, filling station operations to the northeast, as well as automotive garage and repair operations to the north, northwest, and west. � The current and historical use of the adjoining property to the south as a railroad maintenance, storage, and freight yard.

Former Use: The Property consist of approximately 0.42 acres of land developed with an approximately 16,200 square foot, two story commercial building. The remainder of the Property was developed with paved parking. The surrounding area was developed for commercial uses. The Property is currently owned by MFGI 240 LLC and is a vacant commercial building. The historical use of the Property is automotive repair and general manufacturing operations.
