Additional Property Attributes

No RECs or significant environmental concerns were found. Solid waste with household goods were found. It was recommended by ITEC to clean up the solid waste. Waste was cleaned up. A 4,000 sq ft Community Center was constructed and was fully functioning in June 2017. a 7,800 sq ft Wellness Center was completed in October 2018. More development for the tribe is planned. Former Use: Property is currently owned by the Thlopthlocco Tribal Town and has owned the property since January 2002. The property has been sold between several individuals since 1901. The property has primarily been used for agriculture.
