Additional Property Attributes

The Property is an undeveloped parcel. There is native vegetation on the southeast half of the Property and the northwest half has been cleared and has a gravel surface. There is a trench and soil berm on the north and west sides of the Property to restrict access for vehicle parking on the Property. Elko County foreclosed on the property for non-payment of taxes. Elko County wishes to deed the property to the City of Carlin since it is within the city limits. A Phase I ESA was performed on the Property before the City of Carlin would accept it for development. It is a prime location for commercial development and the City hopes to sell the property to a commercial developer.

Former Use: Elko County foreclosed on the property for non-payment of taxes. No historical Property uses were identified for the Property.
