Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is located at 203 W. Capital Avenue in Bellevue, Eaton County, Michigan, and consists of one L-shaped parcel totaling 0.37 acres of land. A prospective purchaser intends to acquire the vacant property for future commercial/retail. A Phase I identified the potential for UST(s) on the property. A geophysical survey confirmed the presence of up to 3 USTs on the property and within the road R.O.W. Current cleanup activities required at the site includes removal of the USTs. A Phase II ESA is proposed, however, the sale and reuse of the property is currently on hold.

Former Use: The subject property is located at 203 W. Capital Avenue in Bellevue, Eaton County, Michigan, and consists of one L-shaped parcel totaling 0.37 acres of land. The State of Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority acquired the property on January 9, 2015 through tax foreclosure and is the current owner of the subject property. Originally, the Eaton County Treasurer took possession of the property on March 1, 2009 through tax foreclosure. There are currently no structures on the property with the exception of an abandoned basement structure. The property has been vacant for the memorable past. Known historical uses reportedly included an auto/implement dealership and a gasoline filling station.
