Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property entered the TCEQ Brownfields BSA program during the time that a non-profit was contemplating purchasing and redeveloping an active used car dealership into studio apartments. The property was initially developed as a Diary Queen restaurant in 1961 with conversion to used car sales in approximately 2005. A pre-existing Phase I report determined that a City of Austin GIS website listed the property as possibly containing a UST. No other records indicated so. An October 2014 geophysical survey funded by the Brownfields Program did not locate the presence of a UST at the site.
