Additional Property Attributes

A portion of the church site is planned for an approximate 1-acre community organic garden.

Former Use: The property was initially developed with a small structure on the west portion of the site in the 1950s. A church was developed on the site in approximately 1973. The property is two irregular shaped parcels of land with a 12,224-square foot two-story church and office, a 2,964 square foot one-story structure used to house clothing and other items for the needy, an associated asphalt and concrete parking lot, and vacant, undeveloped land. The remaining land is a stormwater detention pond. The office building is situated in the southern portion of the property, while the stormwater detention pond is in the southeast corner of the property.
