Additional Property Attributes

Property is redeveloped as a Goodwill store with other retail surrounding. Goodwill store employs 45. Two new restaurants on the property employ 42. EPA grant funding helped leverage $6.6 Million in private redevelopment funding.

Former Use: The site was formerly occupied by two gas stations, a mobile home park, and several commercial/light industrial buildings. Historical (2014) Phase I and II ESAs included soil and groundwater sampling. No evidence of actionable contamination was identified. The assessments identified the potential for asbestos-containing building materials in five site buildings planned for demolition. Sampling of the building materials was funded by this grant to support redevelopment of the site.
