Additional Property Attributes

The property consisted of approximately 4 acres of land, which includes the previously vacated roadway traversing through the center of the Property. The land was developed with an approximately 53,200 square-foot, two-story unoccupied school. The remainder of the Property was developed with paved parking, athletic courts, and grass-covered land. The surrounding area consisted of residential development. The Subject Property was serviced by DTE for electrical service and natural gas services, and the City of Wyandotte municipal utilities for water, sanitary sewer service, and storm water service. Stormwater in the area infiltrated into the ground surface, to on-site storm water catch basins, or flowed overland to adjoining roadways.
