Former Use: Available historical documents indicate the property contained industrial development from 1884-1970. Past industrial uses include a linseed company with multiple oil tanks and coal storage and a mattress company (1884); linseed oil company with several large oil tanks and a four-story elevator (1891-1907); millworking company, roofing company, horse collar factory, and multiple dwellings (1909); and millworking companies (1950-1970). The property has contained commercial development since 1970.
