Additional Property Attributes

Complete renovation of the interior, including demolition to re-purpose the existing athletic club building for retail supply.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property consisted of vacant and/or agricultural land until the current commercial building was constructed in 1978. The current building has been occupied by various health clubs from the time of construction until vacated in 2012. No occupants of environmental concern have been identified.
