Additional Property Attributes

The property is being considered for new industrial use, and there is active interest from a local manufacturing firm.

Former Use: According to Mr. Perry, he operated the Property as a metal scrap facility for 25 years (since 1989) and closed the business two years ago (2014). According to the Property Deeds, the previous owner of the Property was Standard Fuse Corporation, formerly known as McLaughlin Acquisition Corporation. According to the Sanborn Fire Insurance (Sanborn) maps, one residential house was located on both Parcel 39-01-10-0-031 and -032 of the Property. Six small structures and one large structure were located on Parcel 39-01-10-0-030; labeled as Standard Fuse Corp. R.R. Signal Manufacturing, Store House, Garage, Drying Room, and Mixing Rooms. The south two Property parcels were historically residential in use, while the northern-most parcel was utilized by the railroad to manufacture railroad signals.
