Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA was in progress; however, the property owner decided to stop the assessment activities (February 18,2016) before work was completed.

Former Use: The property appears to have been developed for residential purposes by the 1970s. In 1994 the property was redeveloped with the current structure that is utilized as business space for a HVAC contractor, a transmission repair shop, and warehousing. A Phase I ESA was in progress; however, the property owner decided to stop the assessment activities (February 18,2016) before work was completed.
