Additional Property Attributes

The project will convert the top floor of the building to 20 high end micro-lofts, move exisisting tenants to the groundfloor and build out a coffee shop space. Additional exterior facade improvements are planned for a total $2 Million investment.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document three residential dwellings and a residential garage were present in the southeastern portion of the property in at least 1926. Two storefront buildings were constructed in the northwestern portion of the property between 1938 and 1945, and a small office building was constructed in the central portion of the property between 1938 and 1949. The former office building and residential dwellings were likely demolished by 1957, when the western portion of the current building was constructed. An addition was constructed to the eastern portion of the current building in 1959. The former storefront buildings were demolished by 1963, and were occupied by a tin shop in at least 1951 and 1953 and a heating and air conditioning business from at least 1945 until 1955. The former office building was likely associated with a used car sales business located on the subject property from at least 1949 until 1959. The current building has been occupied by various professional office tenants since construction.
