The Property is comprised of two parcels of land (0.3207 ac); Electric utilities are known to service the Property; The Property is described as: Lots Eleven (11) through Fourteen (14), both inclusive, of Block 00B of THE HOWARD SUB ADDITION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; The Property is currently comprised of vacant land; The Property is relatively flat, and slopes gently to the south; The Property elevation is approximately 1,200 feet above mean sea level (MSL); The Property is currently defined as being outside the 100-year floodplain by FEMA; The Property�s geology consists of Quaternary-age alluvium; Soils at the Property are primarily classified as Yahola fine sandy loam; State regulatory agency records indicate no current or historic underground
