Additional Property Attributes

To date, Chautauqua Brick is the current owner and operator at 30-34 West Harrison Street. The site location along the waterfront has been indicated as a extremely important property in the redevelopment of the Jamestown Waterfront in the Chadakoin River Strategic Business Plan. The Phase I ESA was completed in November of 2018 and serves as a stepping stone for future sale and redevelopment of the site. Currently, the City has been working to find a buyer for this location before continuing environmental cleanup efforts.
