Additional Property Attributes

The site is a 0.24 acre area of land. The site is currently structurally vacant with remnants of past structures present including building foundations, paved parking areas, and apparent domestic water and sewer pipes.

Former Use: The area surrounding the site appears to have been agricultural in use in the 1930s, earthwork occurred in the 1950s and the first commercial development of the site was in the 1960s. The on-site building was reportedly utilized for office space, an auto body shop, a church, and a grocery store. The on-site building was reportedly demolished in 2010. Surrounding properties have historically been developed for commercial use since approximately 1950.
