Additional Property Attributes

The site is a 1.38 acre area of land. The site is currently developed with a single-story commercial building being utilized as a Chinese buffet. The buffet is equipped with a commercial grade kitchen and a large seating area.

Former Use: The site appears to have initially been developed with the current on-site building in the 1960s. Since the 1960s, the on-site building has been utilized as a restaurant, most recently as a Chinese buffet. Surrounding properties have historically been developed for commercial use. An apparent auto salvage yard formerly occupied a large area of land approximately 250 feet south of the site. Auto salvage operations typically handle/store hazardous chemicals as part of their operations.
