Additional Property Attributes

Reliance on Groundwater Use Ordinance and Engineered Barrier is anticipated. Draft SIR/ROR/RAP is in place, to be submitted to IEPA prior to September 30, 2018.

Former Use: History includes yarn dyeing and manufacturing and textile manufacturing. The former yarn and textile operations occurred on the north portion of the Property, now demolished. The southern portion of the building has been used for warehouse space with rail access. Past ownership includes Vassar Swiss Underwear, Morgan Dyeing and Bleaching, Caron Spinning, Caron International, Aunt Mary's UYarns and Crafts, First National Bank and Trust of Rochelle, La Grou Distribution.
