This was a pre-demolition inspection as initial step towards meeting the asbestos inspection requirements set forth in the NESHAP, OSHA, DOSH, TOSHA, and FARR. Based on the nature and age of facility, hazardous building materials of concern were ACM, LCM, LEC, and PCB.

Former Use: Single-family, single-story home residence comprised of concrete foundation, wood subfloors and wood wall and ceiling joists. Interior building materials included gypsum wallboard, fiberglass insulation, and sheet vinyl flooring. The roof was three-tab asphalt shingle. At the time of the September 5 inspection, the home was in poor condition from a recent fire that had burned significant portions of the interior of the building.
