Additional Property Attributes

Single family residence, derelict mobile home. Hazardous building material inspection for pre-demolition and initial step towards meeting the asbestos requirement set forth in the NESHAP, OSHA, DOSH, TOSHA, and FARR.

Former Use: Double-wide home on the east end of the Lot adjacent to McGinnis Lake. The structure presented as a double-wide single-story prefabricated home comprised of a metal clad wood d structure on a metal intended to facilitate transport as a trailer. Interior building materials included gypsum wallboard walls, fiberglass insulation, and sheet vinyl flooring. The roof was sheet metal with asphaltic shingles. An additional wooden deck and entrance ramp was added to the south side of the home.
