Additional Property Attributes

Hazardous building material inspection of derelict mobile home at the end of McGinnis Lake Road in McGinnis Lake, Washington on Lot 101-T12212. Single-wide home on the west end of the lot. Based on the nature and age of the facility, hazardous building materials of concern were ACM, LCM, LEC and PCB. This inspection was a pre-demolition hazardous materials inspection.

Former Use: Single-wide, single-story prefabricated home comprised of a metal clad wood d structure on a metal intended to facilitate transport as a trailer. Interior building materials included gypsum wallboard walls, fiberglass insulation, and sheet vinyl flooring. The roof was sheet metal. The interior was filled with garbage and debris. At the time of inspection, the mobile home was in poor condition.
