Additional Property Attributes

The site was sold on 4/27/2017 by West Bend Economic Development Corp to Sole Ventures LLC for $425,000. The sale was facilitated by the Phase I ESA completed using EPA funding as well as the website created by EDWC using EPA funding to market the site (which was the means by which the buyer learned of the opportunity). The EDWC website was successful in marketing the site less than a year after an unsuccessful attempt was made to auction the site using a firm specializing in properties with environmental or other challenges. Sale of the property provided the West Bend EDC with funding to support other local economic development projects.
