Additional Property Attributes

Tighe & Bond completed a Phase II subsurface investigation at the property in June 2007. As part of this investigation, 2 USTs were removed from the site to facilitate soil sample collection (PPF - PS Service Station, Former Hess Station, 9/13/07).

Former Use: Service station and automobile repair facility. Residence also located on the property. Service station/repair facility started by owner Carl Hess in 1940s. The same business operated on and off until 2004 under different owners. Purchased in 1985 by current owner. Sold to Mckee-Gratoon Corp in January 2002. Mortgage foreclosed and Wright now holds title under a judgement order and decree of foreclosure.
