Additional Property Attributes

The subject parcels are located in Windsor Center 0.5 miles from the existing AMTRAK rail service. An auto sales and service business was established on the site in 1955, and a succession of auto dealerships occupied the site until 2008. The site has been vacant since that time. Public water and sewer services are available through the Metropolitan District Commission. Electric, telephone, cable TV and natural gas are all available at the site. In addition to access to rail service, the site has very good access to State Routes 75, 305, 159 and 1-91. A CTTransit bus stop is located at the site. Bradley International Airport is within 9 miles. Site is currently enrolled in CTDEEP Property Transfer program under Form-III filing in May 1997.
