Additional Property Attributes

Valley AFC plans to develop the 29 acre parcel of the IDICO property, tax parcel 4250306, into a soccer-tournament sports complex consisting of parking lots, structures, and soccer fields.

Former Use: Review of historical documentation as part of the 2013 and 2016 Phase I ESAs indicated that the site was previously undeveloped. However, information was provided during the Phase I ESA processes that indicated land application of sludge and river dredge as well as installation of stormwater management features
