Leveraged cleanup funding amounts are estimates to due unavailabilty of VTDEC records at the time of reporting.

Former Use: Original mill building built in 1890 and operated by H.C. White Company to make toys, specifically stereoscopes, stereographs, and the "kiddie car" until 1937, when it was sold to the Polygraphic Company of America later changed name to Garrison Printing Division, Inc.. Polygraphic/Garrison conducted lithographic printing at the property until the early 1960s when the property was purchased by the Bennington County Industrial Corporation BCICand was then leased back to Polygraph/Garrison. BCIC deeded the property back to Garrison in 1972 and then it was foreclosed. BCIC took title to the property again in 1978 and has held it since.
