Additional Property Attributes

DEQ issued a no further action letter on 6/20/2016 based on the Phase II ESA.

Former Use: A retail gasoline service station operated on the Property from at least 1946 to approximately 1963. No documentation of the removal of underground storage tanks (USTs) or environmental sampling to assess potential releases at the Property was identified by Nova. The Property address is not listed on Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) databases of registered or leaking USTs. The Phase I ESA report also identified potential offsite sources of impact to the Property, and the potential for regulated building materials to be present in the current Property building, which was constructed in 1980. Historical telephone directories indicate that the building has been occupied by a realtor and a chiropractic clinic.
