Additional Property Attributes

Property consists of a paved parking area for the north adjacent commercial property.

Former Use: The property is currently used as a gravel parking lot associated with the Bonomo liquor store and attached residence on the northern adjacent property. The property is located on the northeast corner of the North 9th Street and Oak Street intersection and is bordered to the east by an alley. A two-car garage associated with the adjacent residential home is located on the east portion of the property. The garage is used for storage of residential household items. A gasoline station was historically located on the property during the 1940s. A geophysical survey performed at the property during Phase I activities did not identify evidence of remaining underground storage tanks; however, an anomaly was discovered in the southwest portion of the property and potentially related to former pump island remnants.
