Additional Property Attributes

Property was purchased by the local development organization, ARTEZ. ARTEZ is partnering with Action-Housing on the redevelopment of this small site for a two-unit townhouse development.

Former Use: A goal of the Borough of Sharpsburg and ARTEZ is to develop more affordable for-sale housing in Sharpsburg. This project is a start toward that goal. The Phase I did not indicate a need for a Phase II. Action-Housing is in the planning stages for redevelopment of this site and is trying to raise funds.
