Property Highlights

The property was used by various companies involved in the manufacture of furniture or laminates from around 1902 until mid-2000. Petroleum, VOC, PAHs, ACM and LBP contamination were noted during the Phase I site visit. RECs associated with the site based on past operational activities include fuel oil USTs, an oil-water separator, ASTs (unknown contents), drums, and smaller containers of unknown contents. Flourescent lights are present and due to the age of the tubes and fixtures, may contain mercury.

Former Use: The property was used by various furniture or laminate manufacturing companies from approximately 1902 intil mid-2000. In 2010, the property was purchased by Marion Property LLC.
