Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is located at the northern end of the city of Tillamook. It includes Tillamook County Tax Lot # 1S0930BC00200 and is owned by the City of Tillamook. The tax lot is a landscaped meadow with walking trails, viewing platforms, and a picnic area. The subject property includes approximately 2.2 acres and is primarily a landscaped meadow with walking trails, viewing platforms, and a picnic area. The riverwalk was built on property once occupied by a former logging facility and associated operations and was considered a Brownfields during redevelopment and cleanup.

Former Use: Property being redeveloped as riverwalk. Previous use was part of the former Hammon logging mill, known with contamination adjacent to the property.
