Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property consists of approximately 3.37 acres of land developed with a three-story, approximately 45,000 square foot building, paved parking areas and an access driveway for the surrounding shopping center. Concord Custom Cleaners, a drycleaner, was formerly located in the northern part of the Property. The business is believed to have operated as a drycleaner using chlorinated solvents from the 1970s to approximately 2005. Contamination was discovered in soil and groundwater, and remediation, including excavation of contaminated soil, was conducted. The Property was most recently occupied TTC Inc., as an office space for its human resource, outsourcing and training facility. Surrounding properties are a mix of commercial and residential properties.
