Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property largely consists of infilled riverfront area. A small industrial building is present on the north side of the property. The southern portion of the property is adjacent to two concrete 70K gallon fuel oil underground storage tanks associated with the former Cliftex Mills, which have been redeveloped as age 55 residences.
