Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the site visit, the Property consisted of approximately 1 acre of land with a gravel road along the northern and western Property boundary. The remainder of the Property consists of a soil berm running north and south along the entirety of the Property. Manufacturing buildings were located on the adjacent property to the west. Commercial buildings were situated to the southwest. Residential buildings were located in the adjacent properties to the south, east, and northeast. Vegetative debris, including fallen trees and branches, were situated at the northern Property boundary. Flint Creek runs through a wooded area to the northwest and continues along the west Property boundary. This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions (RECs) in connection with the Property except for the following: ? The review of historical documentation identified the past use of the Property as a railroad mainline. The past use of the Property represents a REC. ? Historical documentation review identified a site of concern to the southwest of the Property. Huntington Chemical Company was noted to the southwest of the Property in 1919. Huntington Laboratories was noted to the southwest of the Property in 1946. The past uses of these nearby properties represent a suspect REC. ? Regulatory review identified one proximate site of concern to the Property. The proximity and historical use of the western adjoining property, Ecolab Incorporated, represent a REC.

Former Use: 1938 ? 1983 The Property appears to be part of a railroad mainline. 1988 ? 2014 The Property appears to be a vacant lot. Property conditions appear similar to those noted during the site reconnaissance.
