Additional Property Attributes

The Property is located adjacent to a railroad right-of-way active since before 1859. From at least 1913 to 1933 a bulk petroleum storage and distribution facility containing five aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) was present on the eastern portion of the Property. Several warehouse buildings were constructed on the parcel in the early 1900s used for storage of coal, cement, roofing materials and other materials.
