Additional Property Attributes

A new purchaser plans to renovate the existing buildings and potentially demolish one to create parking that will support the future end use. The building will be utilized for the expansion and retention of a local branding/marketing company. Private investment is estimated around $500,000.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property was originally developed for both residential and religious purposes prior to 1898, which included the construction of the current buildings (i.e. church and dwelling) and other structures (i.e. dwelling, stable, etc.). An addition was constructed to the eastern portion of the church between 1906 and 1913. All of the original structures, with exception of the current buildings, were demolished by 1981. The church was converted into office space in the late 1960s and has been occupied by various office tenants since that time. The dwelling was converted into office space in the early 1980s and has been occupied by various office tenants since that time.
