Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based upon interview remarks and review of a 1930 Sanborn Map, the property was residential during its early history. Interview remarks with long-time residents of the area, including a member of the fire department and the city engineers office indicated that the property was always vacant after its early residential use. There was no listing for the subject property in city directories. Although the scale and quality of aerial photographs was relatively poor, there was no obvious evidence of other development beyond residential use. The subject property is currently vacant, and primarily covered with dirt and gravel. The current owner is David and Donna Brown.
