Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I environmental site assessment (ESA) was conducted for this property using TROTC hazardous waste assessment grant funding. (PPF attached to QR 6, 1/1/06-3/31/06) Three area gasoline stations have historically released gasoline to soils & groundwater. Prior to 1904, the property was part of a railroad yard. The property was purchased by the Village of Woodstock in 1938 and has since been used for storage. (PPF attached to QR 8, 7/1/06-9/30/06)

Former Use: The property consists of a vacant commercial property, traversed by a semi-public road, with a single story storage building on one edge of the property.
