Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consisted of wooded land and pasture land from at least 1938 to at least 1944. The property was developed with two structures on the northwest portion from at least 1951 to at least 1997. The property is listed in the 1965 to 1987 city directories as being occupied by Clifford Manning (residence) and is listed in the 1965 to 1991 city directories as being occupied by Manning Grocery Store. Since at least 2006, the property has consisted of vacant and wooded land, with a concrete foundation on the northwest portion. The current property owner is Harco, Inc.
