Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject site was developed as commercial property by 1902 and residentially zoned in 2001. Aerial photos reveal the subject site had one structure located on-site as early as 1938 (earliest date available). The Monroe County Appraiser�s office and interviews indicate the structure was a general store (Bailey Brothers). Currently there are no structures located on-site and the site is heavily overgrown with vegetation. According to interviews the building was burned down before 1989.
