Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consisted of undeveloped land from at least 1944 to at least 1997. The 30,000-square foot structure currently on the subject property was built in 2004 and another 30,000 square feet was added to the structure in 2006. The current stormwater drainage detention basin has been located on the northern portion of the property since at least 2006. The property was occupied by International Sign & Design Corporation from 2006 to 2008 and the property has been vacant ever since. The property is currently owned by Alabama River Group.
