Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I environmental site assessment (ESA) identifies five recognized environmental conditions (RECs), including two removed diesel fuel USTs, floor drains in a vehicle maintenance area, documented subsurface contamination possibly related to former USTs, other possible USTs on the property, and historic and current use and storage of chemicals and petroleum products. (PPF attached to QR 6, 1/1/06-3/31/06)
