Additional Property Attributes

A new purchaser plans to renovate and redevelop the property into a microbrewery with a total private investment estimated at $750,000. The historic character of the property will be preserved.

Former Use: Historical sources were able to document that the property was formerly occupied by a church which was constructed in 1896 and was destroyed in a fire in 1927. The current building was constructed as a church in 1931 with an addition to the northern portion of the building in the early 1960s. The current building was occupied by a church from construction until the 1970s and was occupied by various churches, dance studios, retail tenants until 2012. The building has been vacant since 2012.
